Susan has an extensive medical background and knowledge of the human body. She has worked as a registered practical nurse at North York General Hospital, a teacher in Xi’an Medical University and also as an ophthalmologist in the affiliated hospital in China. Susan later obtained her RMT diploma from the Pharma-medicine Science College of Canada. She has focused her treatments on muscular dysfunctions through various massage techniques: deep tissue, Swedish, Chinese Tuina, hot stone, aromatherapy, trigger point release as well as providing remedial exercises for rehabilitation. Many cases involving back pain, frozen shoulder, tension headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, perinatal care, chronic whiplash disorder, and work related stress respond to her care.
Susan enjoys taking time to listen to and assess her patients so that she may be able to help them in their recovery. She finds it positively rewarding to see her clients making positive changes and feeling better after each visit.
